The Morel of the Story
Morels are finally popping off. We've had manic depressive spring weather here in Oregon. Three weeks ago market price was $26/lb for #1's and $18/lb for #2's. Today we received #1's for $12. I'm not sure how long it will last so we are stocking up. Spring has finally sprung.

how much to send them to the Right coast?
How long have you been waiting to use that title? Morel of the story?
wow, you have to pay for them? they grow like crazy up by my cabin. last year my dad went up for an afternoon and came back with two grocery sacks for me (and a few for himself), full of fist sized morels. sauteed in butter and wine, with a over easy egg on top...mucho gusto.
cornstarch: buy them from mikey. As for the title of the post, that is as creative as I get. :)
more importantly, what kind of camera are you using to get shots like that? They're awesome. I don't mind stashing my Nikon in one of my three idle coventional ovens between shots, but I get tired of toting it back and forth to work.
iphone camera. I got the rondo super fuckin hot. Added oil and then the morels. The morels were whistling at me.
