Mad Respect to you Mad Redox for the clarity of your labels. Sometimes I find fucking hieroglyphics in our walk-in. I'm near certain my dishwasher is illiterate in both english and spanish. I just hired a new line cook and her labels are a laugh riot, "sparagus, creem fresh, appel cider vin." A high school gave her a diploma. It is rather precious. The product behind the label is tasty and her handwriting is clear and visible in a busy walk-in cooler. That's what is important.

Side note: We ran a french onion soup today :)
