well this year i only got some wooden spoons and whisks. but i needed both badly, and they're nice fucking whisks. last year i got my le cruset dutch oven and the year before that i got a kitchenaid stand mixer
One of my cooks got a Slap Chop.
I got a Global flexible filet knife
Do Globals give you calluses? I moved on to Shun because of it. Now my calluses are gone. Maybe I'm just getting soft.
I think all knives give me calluses because of my limp-wristed grip.
